Refunds
Please note that refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management (less any booking fee) and are only available up to 72 hours prior to the event. please send an email stating your order number to if you require a refund.
Online Bookings
Please note that Pure DO NOT send tickets for online purchases.
Please bring along a copy of your confirmation email AND valid driving licence or passport to gain entry to the event on the night.
The CARDHOLDER will need to sign to confirm entry into the club and then all customers on the same order will be admitted together (we are unable to do split entry).
